Lithium Starter Batteries, Micro-Starts and Energy Storage products must be registered within the first 30 days from original purchase date, or original purchaser must provide copy of original receipt or purchase invoice, to be eligible for a warranty claim. Please be sure to read & understand our WARRANTY CONDITIONS prior to submitting the Product Registration Form. Thank you.
Other Antigravity products such as our Electronics and Accessories have a 1-year warranty and do NOT need to be registered. You’re all set!
The Registration form is NOT for Warranty Claims.
Locating Serial Numbers
All Micro-Starts (Except SPORT model): please submit both serial numbers if there are two.
- One number is on a square hologram sticker, found on the unit’s side.
- Another serial number has an “AGB” prefix – it is a white label found on unit and/or box.
- Put “NA” for second serial if only one number is present.
SPORT: please put “NA” in the form’s serial number fields.
ENERGY STORAGE (Power Stations, Solar Panels): please put “NA” in the form’s serial number fields.
